Regularly ranked among the world’s top ten, the Ailsa is a true icon of Scottish links golf. With a legacy shaped by four Open Championships, including the legendary 1977 ‘Duel in the Sun’, the course blends rich heritage with striking coastal beauty. In 2025, a £1 million transformation by architect Martin Ebert introduced bold refinements, further enhancing its stature among the game’s elite. This is championship golf at its most exclusive, where history, design, and the spirit of the game come together with remarkable precision.

THE KING ROBERT THE BRUCE

Set against the ruins of Turnberry Castle, believed to be the birthplace of King Robert the Bruce, this spectacular links course offers an unforgettable experience shaped by the land’s natural drama. Gorse-lined fairways, coastal views, and strategic contours define this par 72 layout, which is proudly ranked among Golf Digest’s top 100 courses. Thoughtfully designed to challenge and inspire, it provides a distinctive complement to the historic Ailsa, delivering a bold and rewarding round on Scotland’s rugged west coast.

THE ARRAN

Nestled between our two legendary courses, the nine-hole Arran is a slice of golfing perfection. This versatile blend of par-3 and par-4 holes packs the challenges of the Ailsa and The King Robert the Bruce layouts into a shorter experience. Before taking on our majestic links courses, a round on the Arran is the perfect way to warm up. The course is built for practice, with a diverse design set to test any golfer. Easy to complete in under two hours, the Arran is also ideal for beginners looking to sharpen up their game.

THE WEE LINKS PITCH & PUTT

For relaxed, family-friendly fun, our Wee Links course offers an 18-hole, one-club challenge that captures the essence of golf in its purest form. Designed for players of all ages and abilities, it’s an enjoyable way to introduce newcomers to the game, while seasoned golfers will appreciate the opportunity to refine their pitching skills on this thoughtfully crafted layout.

THE CAIRNGORMS

The Cairngorms Putting Green provides the perfect space to sharpen your short game. Whether you’re warming up for a round on our award-winning golf courses or winding down with a quiet evening session, this expansive green invites you to practise at your own pace and distance in a relaxed, scenic setting.
