Hidden inside Turnberry’s kitchen, L’Atelier Jadot Chef’s Table welcomes up to nine guests to enjoy outstanding food, classic wines, and memorable stories all in one place.
Created in partnership with Maison Louis Jadot, one of Burgundy’s most respected wine houses, this exclusive dining experience celebrates timeless craftsmanship, classic French terroir and Scotland’s rich larder.
From the moment you take your seat beside the pass, you become part of the theatre of the kitchen. Watch our chefs prepare each course with precision and artistry while our sommeliers guide you through a carefully curated selection of authentic Burgundy wines, each chosen to complement and elevate the flavours on the plate.
Each course tells a story: hand-dived Scottish seafood, local Ayrshire beef, and wines shaped by generations of Burgundy tradition.

At L’Atelier Jadot, food and wine are seamlessly woven for an immersive experience.
The menu blends the West Coast of Scotland and Burgundy’s vineyards, combining French technique with Scotland’s ingredients. Enjoy dishes like West Coast crab, Orkney scallops, Ayrshire beef short rib, and Burgundian cheeses, paired with Burgundy wines.
Founded in Beaune in 1859, Maison Louis Jadot has preserved Burgundy’s winemaking traditions for more than 160 years, crafting wines that reflect the character, rhythm, and individuality of each vineyard.
